A journey of meditation and prayer inspired by sadhana and the mystic prayer ladder. Starting on the autumn equinox on September 22nd.

This practice is into deepen our connection to the divine and our soul.

This will be guided 30 minute practice live every day at 8 AM EST, creating a sacred space for us to deepen our spiritual connection and cultivate wholeness. If you can't join live, the recordings will be available later in the day.

Inspired by the traditional practice of sadhana, and the mystic prayer ladder. Here’s an overview to help you understand the flow and intention behind each step.

Together, we will explore themes of grounding, compassion, intuition, transformation, spiritual connection, and resting into.

Week 1: Setting the Foundation

Days 1-7: Grounding and Centering

💫Focus: Establishing a strong foundation for our practice by grounding ourselves in the present moment.

 - Morning Meditation (Live at 8 AM EST): Guided grounding meditation focus on embodiment and presence. 

🌌Recording available later in the day.
- Prayer Intention: Setting a daily intention for clarity and presence.
- Reflection: Journaling about our initial feelings and thoughts.

Week 2: Opening the Heart

Days 8-14: Cultivating Compassion and Love

🌌Focus: Expanding our capacity for empathy and compassion, both for ourselves and others.

🌌Activities:
- Morning Meditation (Live at 8 AM EST): Heart-opening meditations focused on love and compassion.

🌌Recording available later in the day.
- Prayer Intention: Daily prayers centered around kindness and forgiveness.
- Reflection: Journaling on moments of compassion and understanding experienced.

Week 3: Deepening Intuition

Days 15-21: Enhancing Intuitive Connection

🌌Focus: Strengthening our intuitive abilities and listening to our inner guidance.

🌌Activities:
- Morning Meditation (Live at 8 AM EST): Intuition-enhancing meditations, such as third eye focus or guided visualizations.

- Prayer Intention: Prayers for clarity and insight.
- Reflection: Journaling intuitive hits or moments of inner knowing.

Week 4: Embracing Transformation

Days 22-28: Welcoming Change and Growth

🌌Focus: Embracing the transformative process and letting go of old patterns.

- Morning Meditation (Live at 8 AM EST): Meditations on embracing change and releasing what no longer serves.

- Prayer Intention: Prayers for strength and resilience during transformation.
- Reflection: Journaling on personal growth and transformation.

Week 5: Connecting with Spirit

Days 29-35: Deepening Spiritual Connection

🌌Focus: Strengthening our connection to the divine and the spirit world.

🌌Activities:
- Morning Meditation (Live at 8 AM EST): Spirit-connecting meditations, such as connecting with guides or higher self.

🌌Recording available later in the day.
Prayer Intention: Prayers for divine guidance and support.
- Reflection: Journaling spiritual experiences or messages received.

Week 6: Resting Into

Days 36-40: Resting into the Experience

🌌Focus: Integrating the insights and growth from the past weeks and resting into a state of peace and presence.

🌌Activities:
- Morning Meditation (Live at 8 AM EST): Restorative meditations that encourage relaxation and integration.

🌌Recording available later in the day. 
- Prayer Intention: Prayers for peace and presence.
- Reflection: Journaling final thoughts, realizations, and experiences of restfulness.

Daily Routine:

1. Morning Meditation: Begin each day with a meditation session aligned with the weekly theme, live at 8 AM EST, with recordings available later in the day.

2. Prayer Intention: Follow with a prayer that reflects the focus of the week, inviting the qualities of grounding, compassion, intuition, transformation, spiritual connection, or resting into.

3. Reflection: Spend a few minutes journaling your experiences, insights, and any messages received during your practice.
